This little darling often smiles when he hears his foster family’s voices. He is a gentle baby and often smiles. He is a little delayed for his age, but tries to bear weight on his legs. He was born with hydrocephalus and is showing signs of a seizure disorder. He is waiting for his own family to help him grow to be a strong young man.
