The Shepherd is to indicate that the work of this ministry is on behalf of and in the name of the True Good Shepherd, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

The Crook is to represent the staff of the Shepherd, with which He protects His sheep from danger, and with which He even rescues them when they're in trouble.

It is our desire to be used by Jesus Christ as His Shepherd's Crook, to extend His love and protection to the neediest of His sheep throughout the world.
